Chinese officials point fingers over cold weather crisis

A gas shortage sparked by efforts to stop China's coal-driven winter smog has left households, factories and businesses in the literal cold. As Reuters' Meng Meng explains, now officials from top to bottom as well as gas companies are playing a blame game.
