India's Modi set to deliver Shangri-La keynote

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Singapore on Thursday ahead of the annual Shangri-La Dialogue security summit. It's the first time an Indian Prime Minister will present the keynote speech at Shangri-La, and as Reuters' Sanjeev Miglani reports, it comes at a tense time across the Asia-Pacific region.
