White House flag back at full-staff after McCain's death

The White House flag was back at full-staff Monday morning after it was lowered over the weekend following the death of Senator John McCain Saturday evening. The flag at the U.S. Capitol remained at half-staff on Monday. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
