UPDATE 1-Ugandan opposition lawmaker heads to U.S. for medical treatment

Prominent Ugandan opposition lawmaker Robert Kyagulanyi, who was charged with treason and temporarily detained, has left for the United States to seek medical treatment, his lawyer said.
