'Consider it a rifle': Trump on migrants throwing rocks

President Donald Trump said he told the U.S. military to consider any rock thrown at them as "a rifle" after Sunday's violent clash between Mexican police and Central American migrants at the Mexico-Guatemala border that left six police officers wounded.
